Technological Innovation Of Qinghai Province Elecrtic Power Corporation’s Strategic Plan

Technology innovation strategy is the reason of enterprises maintain and improve their competitiveness and ability of environment adaptation, through establishing modern enterprise system, adopting advanced science and technology modern management methods and steady innovation to achieve technology and management modernization. Technological innovation is the decisive factor of enterprises developing economic and rising economic efficiency. Meanwhile it is the soul of sustained and healthy development to a company.Qinghai Electric Power Corporation as a wholly owned subsidiary of National Grid mainly responsible for the network planning, construction, operation and power supply in Qinghai Province. It is one of the important output sites in China "west to east power transmission". Subjected to the constraints of geographical economic development level, especially in technological development, is a less developed, late development, weak "small company." Grid development is inseparable from technological innovation. How to make an appropriate adjustment to technological innovation capacity under the premise of the revenue of the company’s main business of Qinghai Power Grid steady growth, will be a great significance to corporation’s sustainable development. This article introduces the meaning of technological innovation at first. Then this paper takes the Qinghai Electric Power Corporation as an example, after the SWOT analysis we establish the technological innovation ability evaluation index system, evaluating the Qinghai Electric Power Corporation’s technical innovation capability by using the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. With that we import the ISM-interpretation structure model to find out the constraints of Qinghai grid technology innovation and development so that recommend appropriate develop strategic planning,solving the key issues of enterprise’s development, construction, production, operation and management,improving Qinghai Power Grid Corporation comprehensive technical strength to achieve the company’s sustainable development.
