| With the gradual improvement of China’s market economic and the accelerated processof the global economy, enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition.It has beengradually recognized and valued by enterprises to improve the performance of employeesand businesses, to optimize the management of enterprises and enhance the core competitive-ness. Accounted for99%of the total number of enterprises, small and medium enterprisescan not be ignored as an important force in the country real. It is small and medium-sizedenterprises urgently need to explore and resolve important issues to design suitable for theirown performance management system. A lot of enterprises using the performance manage-ment system did not achieve the desired results. This paper takes the S company as a specificexample. Based on introduction of the performance, the performance management theory andmethod, the paper analyzes the facts and problems of the S company’s performance manage-ment. It also proposes improved methods and suggestions to meet the business environmentand hope to help small and medium-sized enterprises to improve the performance manage-ment system.This paper is divided into six parts: The first part is the introduction. The second is theintroduction of performance management theory and method. It analyzes the problems of theS company’s performance management in the third part. The fourth chapter is the analysis ofthe causes. The fifth is the improved methods and countermeasures. The sixth is a conclusion.This article adopts the theory with practice and empirical methods. It studies these ques-tions in accordance with this line of thought: the theoretical basis, the existing problems, thecauses of the problems, improvement methods and countermeasures. In the background of themeat industry, this paper analyzes the problems of the S company’s performance management.In respect of business history and realistic basis, it selectes a business strategy based on thekey performance indicator system. It presents the improved method and countermeasures. Ihope this paper can do help the same type of business to solve problems incurred in the im-plementation of performance management. |
