Any entrepreneurial activity revises out in a certain environment. Excellententrepreneurial environment can promote entrepreneurial activity; on the contrary, hinder theprocess of entrepreneurial activities. In recent years, a large number of migrant workers returnhome, because of the support of the western building, and industrial structure from coastalareas to inland. From the urban-rural dual economic structure to the structure of the modernsocial and economic transformation process, the problem of migrant workers is a majorstrategic issue in our country. Solving the problem of rural migrant workers, not only directlyrelated to a fundamental solution to the problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, butalso to the healthy development of industrialization, urbanization and the whole modern,related to the overall situation of reform, development and stability. Therefore, theentrepreneurial environment in the western about region of China’s industrial restructuring,speed up the pace of urbanization and promote the employment of migrant workers returnhome has major practical meaning.
