Investigation On Entrepreneurial Needs Of Returning Migrant Workers In Suixian County,Henan Province

The No.1 document of the central Committee of the People's Republic of China in 2017 clearly pointed out that we should vigorously support the return of migrant workers to start their own businesses.In the 2018 government work report,we again proposed to expand the employment of migrant workers,promote multi-channel employment,and support entrepreneurship to promote employment.As an important medium and carrier to revitalize rural areas,migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses is an important way to promote rural economic development and increase farmers' income.Therefore,this paper takes the entrepreneurial needs of migrant workers returning home as the starting point,and makes a specific research and analysis on the entrepreneurial needs of migrant workers returning home,which provides suggestions and basis for the local government to improve the social service function and solve the employment pressure of local migrant workers.This paper studies the current situation of migrant workers returning home from the start-up needs as a starting point,and uses theoretical analysis,empirical analysis,field research,classification research and other methods to complete this research.As for the arrangement of writing,I will write according to the train of thought of "introduction-theoretical basis-theoretical analysis-empirical analysis-policy suggestions".The research content mainly includes six parts: the first part mainly introduces the research background,literature review,research purpose and significance,research content and method,technical route,and research innovation and deficiency.The second part is the theoretical basis.The third part mainly introduces the investigation scheme design of this article.The fourth part is based on the field survey of suixian county,Henan province,to investigate and analyze the entrepreneurial intentions of migrant workers returning home.The fifth part is based on the analysis of the willingness to start a business,using the classification research method to carry out specific research on the entrepreneurial needs of migrant workers returning home.The sixth part is the full text summary and policy recommendations.Through the research,the following results are obtained: first,the significant factors affecting the entrepreneurial willingness of migrant workers returning home are education level,family income,entrepreneurial location,entrepreneurial risk tolerance,precedent,entrepreneurial capital preparation,contacts,family support,infrastructure in their hometown,self-entrepreneurship evaluation and governmentpolicy support.Secondly,on the whole,migrant workers returning home have a strong desire to start their own businesses.Thirdly,the current policies are not ideal enough to meet the entrepreneurial needs of migrant workers returning home.Based on the above research results,the author puts forward some policy suggestions to broaden the financing channels of entrepreneurship,build entrepreneurship training sites,rebuild rural infrastructure,perfect the entrepreneurship support mechanism,and expand the effect of media publicity.
