China's implementation of the strategy for rejuvenating villages for the first time in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the People's Republic of China is a concentrated expression of the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the “three rural” field in the new era of Xi Jinping.It indicates the direction for the development of agriculture and rural areas in the new era and clearly defines the common prosperity of farmers.The important goal.The return of rural migrant workers to entrepreneurship not only provides a new path for the transfer of rural labor,but also plays a positive role in the implementation of the strategy for rural revitalization.The return of migrant workers to their hometowns to start businesses can promote the flow of funds,technology,information,and talents to the countryside,inject new vitality into rural revitalization and construction,and play an important role in implementing the strategy of rural revitalization.When researching entrepreneurial related content,it was found that entrepreneurial willingness is the premise for entrepreneurs and potential entrepreneurs to implement entrepreneurial behavior,and is the starting point for entrepreneurial activity.Therefore,studying the influencing factors of the entrepreneurial willingness of returning rural migrant workers will help improve the entrepreneurial intention of returning migrant workers,provide theoretical support for the government to formulate entrepreneurial support policies,and better implement the strategy of rural rejuvenation.When combing the previous literature,we found that the factors that affect the willingness to return home to start a business are mainly concentrated on economic factors,human capital factors,social factors and individual characteristics.This article discusses Hebei Province from three perspectives: personal basic situation,family situation,and external situation.The influence of Chengde City's willingness to return to rural areas for migrant workers.This paper takes Chengde City of Hebei Province as an example,collects data through questionnaire survey,uses SPSS22.0 statistical software to describe the basic situation of the surveyed subjects,and conducts statistical analysis.Chi-square test,cross-analysis and other methods affect the factors affecting entrepreneurial willingness of returning rural migrant workers.Empirical Research.The results of the study indicate that the ethnic status,education,education,gender,age,and physical health of the investigators have a significant positive correlation with the entrepreneurial willingness of returning migrant workers.The influence of risk preference on entrepreneurial willingness is not significant.Obviously,in the family situation survey,household per capita income and entrepreneurial support situation are positively correlated with entrepreneurial willingness.Family burden status is negatively correlated with entrepreneurial intention.The more family average income per capita,the stronger the degree of entrepreneurial support,and the higher the willingness of returning migrant workers to start a business venture.The number of family supporters and dependents increased,and the willingness to start a business was reduced.In the external situation data analysis,it was found that there was a significant correlation between financial support,entrepreneurial environment and infrastructure construction and entrepreneurial willingness.According to the analysis of empirical research results,we can understand the influencing factors affecting the willingness of returning rural migrant workers.Based on this,we can clearly understand that improving the status of migrant workers themselves and paying attention to them are important channels for future entrepreneurial intentions.In the course of research,the sample data is not enough,there is a lack of research depth.Some of the questions in the questionnaire are difficult to quantify.In practical research,customer service is achieved through various methods.This article uses the theories and literatures of psychology,sociology,management,statistics and other disciplines for reference,and analyzes the influence factors of entrepreneurial willingness from multiple angles.In the future research,it is hoped to continue to study the willingness of returning peasant workers to work in this area of Chengde City,Hebei Province,contribute to the theory of entrepreneurial willingness and entrepreneurship theory of returning migrant workers,and provide the local government with entrepreneurial policies and entrepreneurship training.Substantive guidance.
