A Research On The Regulation Of Internet Economy By The Industrial And Commercial Administration

As a new economic model, the Internet economy becomes a veryimportant part of the national economy. However, it has so manydifferent with traditional economic model. The monitoring of theInternet economy is still in the exploratory stage. Industrial andcommercial administration plays an important role in marketsupervision. So the supervision of the Internet economy becomes anew field to the departments. The paper starts from China’s laws andregulations about the Internet economy, combined with themanagement experience in industrial and commercial administration.Then it analyzes the current status of the Internet economyregulation, difficult and causes and tries to discuss the monitoring ofindustrial and commercial administration in the supervision of theInternet economy.The paper is divided into five chapters. Chapter I gives the definitionof the network economy, and then analyze the history of itsdevelopment. Specific to the regulation, the article lists laws andregulations related to the field of network economy, but theseregulations are mostly focused on network and IT security, and lessinvolved in the specific norms and standards of the transactions. Chapter II takes the supervision of Quanzhou and ChongqingAdministration for Industry and Commerce department for example,analysis of the current status quo of China’s industrial andcommercial administration for the supervision of the Interneteconomy. Chapter III points out the difficulties of the supervisionabout the Internet economy, then analyze this situation causes.Chapter IV introduce how the governments of the United States，theEuropean Union and Korea supervise of the Internet economy,which we can use for reference. Chapter V gives the method ofconstruction about the supervision of the Internet economy in fiveaspects: establishing and improving laws and regulations, keepingup with technological advances, a clear dominant position, to createa coordination mechanism to create a credit environment and otheraspects.As a primary civil service engaged in the Industry and commercialadministration, I try to research the field with my own studies andhope to do some best. Internet has become our own lives. It is achallenge. It is a chance.
