Research On The Supervision Of Shared Bicycle Market Under The Background Of Internet Economy

With the steady improvement of Chinese economy and the acceleration of urbanization,the living standards of Chinese residents have been greatly improved,the automobile has become more and more popular as the main vehicle for traveling tool of general public.However,the rapid development of urbanization has brought environmental pollution,traffic congestion,energy consumption and other important issues,the emergence of public bicycle and shared bicycle to solve this problem provides a new choice.Among them,the public bicycle system,which is led by the government,has problems such as unclear positioning and lack of overall planning from resource allocation to operation mode,leading to limited development of public bikes and even going to difficulties.The emergence of emerging technologies such as the Internet and big data have brought great impact on traditional public service mode and created opportunities.Urban traffic “the last kilometer ” of travel demand and mobile payments,GPS satellite positioning technology have given rise to a new world first bike travel products-shared bicycle,it also promotes the government regulators such as from a radical shift in operating role to the regularity role.In the process of rapid development of shared bicycle,there are some problems such as parking order,vehicle safety,traffic planning,market competition and deposit risk,which bring great challenges to urban governance.This article through to the domestic and foreign public bicycles,Shared bicycle development status and management of deep problems,such as,comparative analysis found,under the background of government regulatory,the development planning of shared bicycle needs to be solved in the Internet economy,such as,industry regulations,basic facilities,policy guidance and other issues,in order to strengthen the specification of shared bicycle scientific and effective management.In this paper,the final research goal is for the government to further fundamentally solve the “the last kilometer ”of worldwide problem,it provides support,promote the modern urban traffic system and the development of pubic traffic planning and management.
