Research On Industrial Upgrade Of Equipment Manufacturing Industry In Liaoning From The Perspective Of Internet Economy

China's economic development has entered a new normal state,and northeast economic development has also bottomed out.As a very important industry in Liaoning's economic development,equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning province has been strongly supported by economic development.At present,Liaoning province's equipment manufacturing industry is facing tremendous pressure two times the revitalization of the old industrial base in Northeast China in urgent need of upgrading and transformation,at the same time in the deepening of the global allocation of resources,equipment manufacturing industry level has become an important factor to measure the core competitiveness of the country.However,the present situation of equipment manufacturing industry upgrading meets the bottleneck and needs to integrate into a new"meson" factor,that is,the Internet economy.The concept of "industry 4.0" with artificial intelligence as the core has been introduced from Germany.It has brought Internet technology such as big data and artificial intelligence into the equipment manufacturing industry.Currently,the strong atmosphere will be the Internet information technology business model to promote the technical level in the industry innovation,the industry continues to change,the industry chain showing a rapid change in the state of the new division of labor under the push of global.This paper focuses on the factors of Liaoning province equipment manufacturing enterprises in the industrial upgrading path and the influence of the Internet economy in the equipment manufacturing industry upgrade dynamic mechanism of the scientific and effective comprehensive development combined with the analysis of the equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning.In order to make Liaoning province equipment manufacturing industry of the Internet economy and the combination of effective and scientific,this paper identified two and Liaoning province equipment manufacturing industry level evaluation index structure related to the upgrading of industrial structure and industrial structure index efficiency index of Liaoning province;and the equipment manufacturing industry level of structure quantitative estimates,after the comprehensive use of effects of six factors of Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry upgrading in the method of comprehensive analysis of the Internet economy from the perspective of regression analysis.The influence degree of each factor is from big to small:foreign direct investment,enterprise innovation investment,technology diffusion and production service industry.The degree of concentration of Internet human capital and Internet industry concentration is not significant enough.At the same time,combined with the above analysis,from the two angles of enterprise and government,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the industrial upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry by using Internet economy.
