In China,cost management of Construction Company is mostly based on thetraditional cost management of on-site production management. Traditional costmanagement focuses on products which does not set up cost responsibility and willeventually affect the establishment of the responsibility system throughout production.On the other hand traditional cost management cannot well assess the operationperformance nor guarantee the supervision and economization of resourceconsumption. This will ultimately fail the establishment of motivation and restrictionbased administration mechanism. The best solution to these problems is to innovateand improve the current mode of cost management by setting up a new system ofactivity cost management through a careful study of the pattern of cost management inthe Western countries.In this paper, the method of using theoretical analysis of domestic and foreignlatest literature wide reading and in-depth analysis, comparison and analysis of thecost control of the existing methods in the information collection and reading isdiscussed based on the basic principle of cost control, analyzes the cost control inconstruction enterprise application, and the necessity and feasibility of with HNcompany as the research object, according to it’s realities, and put forward theconcrete scheme implementation of cost control, after an introduction of the theorieson activity-cost and activity-cost management, conducts a thorough study on theapplication of activity-cost management in Tianjin construction main contractingco.ltd, and therefore design the blue print of activity-based costing for Tianjinconstruction main contracting co.ltd.This paper, the author lists HN company XX water injection station project,the earned value method to deeper exploration of the project analysis, the master XXwater injection of project cost and schedule, and the deviation cost schedule variancethe causes for the occurrence of further analysis, finally puts forward thecorresponding cost control methods and measures. To give their injection projects forthe actual cases, using earned value analysis method to the progress of the project areanalyzed, further explained earned value analysis method to improve the performanceof the project, finally complete project target played a major role.
