Analysis Of Cultivated Land Transfer Willingness And Influencing Factors Based On The Household Survey In Jiaozuo City

Cultivated land transfer can effectively solve some rural issues, for example, thefragmentation of production and management in the household contract responsibilitysystem, and implementing advanced technology hard. While it makes contribution tothe transfering surplus rural labor and increasing farmers income. This paper discussesthe current cultivated land transferen situation in Jiaozuo area as well as problems bycombining the theory and practice. Then it analyses the macroscopical and microcosmicfactors which affect cultivated land transfer. Finally, it found a system to support thecultivated land transferen system.These works can provide some reference for cultivatedland transfer in Jiaozuo area. Through the research, the conclusions is as follow:（1） In theory, the cultivated land transfer is a concrete manifestation of theplanned economy to a market economy in the rural collective land use rights,development of market economy is the inevitable product of the peasant economy to theeconomies of scale transition of the socialistthe inevitable result of the development ofmarket economy. In order to improve the utilization of arable land resources andpromote agricultural modernization, we must accelerate the pace of the transfer ofarable land.（2） Through investigating on farmers and analyzing some factors aboathousehold features, economic, resources, we find that utilization situation, cultivatedland transfer situation, the willingness of the cultivated land transfer and theinterviewees personal and household information have different effects on cultivatedland transfer.（3） Analysis of the macro factors and micro factors affecting the cultivated landtransfer. Macro factors contain institutional and economic factors, these macroeconomicfactors directly affect the level of activity, and the cultivated land transfer under certainconditions, directly determines the direction and magnitude of the cultivated landtransfer. The impact of the cultivated land transfer of microeconomic factors, such asfamily characteristics, family and economic factors, we use specific regression toanalysis and then make a model.（4） Posing a cultivated land transfer system based on farmer’s willingness in Jiaozuo City. This part give some suggestion on improving the agriculturalmarket,clearing cultivated land property rights, optimization of cultivated land transfermechanism, accelerate the Jiaozuo City cultivated land transfer and focus.
