Daqing City's Rural Strong Transfer Of Willingness To Study The Influencing Factors Of Farmers' Incomplete Conversion Of Cultivated Land

The effective circulation of the rural farmland is not only the effective ways that solve the problem of the farmland fragmentation and idle land,but also the necessary requirement that achieve moderate scale management and the modern agriculture development.The influence factors that farmers who has strong willingness degree to transfer do not completely transferring out farmland in Daqing city are researched,which can provide reference for the development of rural farmland transfer policy in Daqing.According to the researched data of the transferee farmers,the input-output ratio is calculated after transferring in farmland.The input-output ratio is greater than 1,indicating that transferring in farmland farmers' input-output efficiency is high.There is a strong demand for transferring in farmland for farmers and the transferring out of rural farmland has possibilities.According to the researched data of the transferor farmers,the initial values and adjusted values of farmers' willingness degree of transferring out farmland are calculated in Daqing city.The farmers of completely farmland who initial willingness degree and adjusted willingness degree greater than 1 accounting for85.71% and 80%,respectively.On the contrary,the farmers of partially transferring out farmland who initial willingness degree and adjusted willingness degree greater than 1 accounting for 85.71% and 78.57%,which means the farmers have stronger willingness degree of transferring out farmland.It shows that the transferred rent has the positive influences to the farmers whether they completely transferring out their farmlands by using the Logistic model to analysis the influenced factors of the behavior that the farmers has strong willingness degree but partially transferring out farmland.The original farmland area and the number of family farmers have negative influences on farmers' decisions.Compared the influence factors on rural farmland transferring out behavior with the existing research,the research in measure the willingness degree that the farmers transferred their farmland premise analyzing the influenced factors that farmers has strong willingness degree but partially transferring out farmland.However,because the research method is are single,and lacking of research data and after the changing of the sample data and research method,the influenced factors that farmers has strong willingness degree but partially transferring out farmland may change.
