Abstract: Nowadays, with the increasingly fierce in the commercial competition, thedistribution system has become an important part of the operation of enterprises and electroniccommerce. Once failure event occurs, it will results in the interruption of the supply chain andaffects the level of customer service. So how to analyze and improve the reliability ofdistribution service has become increasingly urgent. Effective business management isinseparable from the reliability analysis of distribution service system. This paper deals with the reliability and profit analysis of a distribution service system. The system is divided into two phases—the allocation and delivery, there exists risks of variousfailure, which lead to service failure and risks cost. In this article, Markov process distributionsystem model will be generalized and summarized, the theory of distribution and Markovprocess will be integrated and linked. The analysis involves the rewards generated by thesystem, the original cost of the system, the operation cost, the repair cost and the disposal costduring the service time. And obtaining the relative possibility of risks and total profit functionof system by using probability analysis, definite integral, the supplementary variable techniqueand the Laplace transform. The proposed method is verified by a numerical example. Thetheoretic basis is provided to the evaluation of distribution service risks and the relevant profitanalysis. In this paper, a generalized distribution reliability model and extension of applicationproblems will be included, which is beneficial for large and complex system of modern logisticsand distribution companies to promote economic efficiency,...
