Applications About Reliability Theory In Supply Chain System

This article has discussed the reliability problems of supply chain system by using theory of the reliability, and it consists four chapters.The first chapter is introduction, we introduce the origin of supply chain reliability, the background of supply chain reliability, and the study methods of the supply chain reliability, and main content of this thesis and so on.In second chapter, reliability model about supply chain system with the multi-suppliers and single demander is studied. Suppose that the supply time of the component suppliers has exponential distribution, and the repair\restore time after supply break has general continuous distribution. Using supplementary variable method, generalized Markov process theory and the Laplace transform method,the important reliability indices of system are obtained.In third chapter, supply chain network system with the raw material suppliers and retailers is studied. In fourth chapter, supply chain system with multi-suppliers and multi-core enterprises and multi-demanders is studied. Assuming that the whole supply chain network and each link only have two kinds of states, the nodes of Supply chain network always work normally, The normal supply state of the whole supply chain network and each link is independent statistically each other, using Sum of disjoint products, the reliability of network system with raw materials supplier and retailer in supply chain, and the reliability of the whole supply chain network are obtained.This paper studies more general model of supply chain reliability and its application problems of extension, and provides theoretical support for large and complex modern enterprise system, has much practical value.
