Research On Development And Administration Management Of Yacht Industry In Qinhuangdao

Yacht industry develops fast in China and promotes economic development greatly.Exploring the opportunities and challenges of yacht industry development and analyzingthe current administrative management situation of yacht industry in Qinhuangdao areconducive to its rapid and healthy development, and the development of yacht industrycan be predicted scientifically and the administrative supervision can be standardized.The foundation of Qinhuangdao yacht industry is analyzed and the advantages anddisadvantages are pointed out based on theoretical research and practical investigation firstof all. Secondly, the mechanism of government behavior impacted on the yacht industry isstudied, and the shortcomings of the administration management system are explored. Themanagement function of the yacht club is analyzed in the following study. Finally, theadvice is proposed to promote the development of yacht industry in Qinhuangdao.Qinhuangdao initially has the foundation for the development of yacht industry, butlow economic level, busy sea transportation and lack of administrative supervision preventyacht industry from moving forward. Government behaviors impact on the developmentof the yacht industry profoundly, and the appropriate government behavior is an importantfactor to promote the development of yacht industry. The system of administrationmanagement on yacht industry has weak administrative supervision and is lack offeedback mechanism. This dissertation puts forward the point that the yacht club has theregulatory responsibilities which is approaching the nature of the service on its members,and the Qinhuangdao municipal government and its relevant executive authorities shoulddevelop the yacht industry with multi-pronged approaches, including rational planning,normative management, formation of yacht industry manufacturing system and culturalsystem with unique features and training of talents with yacht expertise.
