Research On Developing Yacht Real Estate In Chongqing

In recent years, the yacht real estate rises gradually in our country and has receivedextensive attention, many areas have developed yacht estate development planning, andsome have begun to put into practice. As the only municipality directly under theCentral Government in the western region, Chongqing has Yangtze River, Jialing River,Three Gorges reservoir and much other vast waters, the yacht industry has been put onthe agenda. Chongqing government department promulgated relevant policies, planningthe yacht bases and making some development plans, yacht economy is about to set sail,and yacht real estate will appear inevitable. Yacht real estate is a special type of realestate, which is a new product composed by tourism, yacht industry and real estateindustry, and its development will drive the development of related industry and canform a complete industry chain, with strong " hematopoietic function". However, atpresent the concept of yacht real estate has not been clearly defined, and thedevelopment conditions, development mode, supporting theories have no relevantstudies, it can’t form a unified standard, all parts try to develop it according to thesubjective, which will not conducive to the healthy development of yacht real estate. Inorder to provide a clear guidance for Chongqing’s yacht real estate healthy development,the authors put forward the study.The paper first defined the related concepts of yacht real estate, and analyzed theresearch status of yacht real estate, development status at home and abroad, based onthis, probed into the support theory for yacht real estate development, and constructedthe theoretical support system to the development of yacht real estate. On the basis oftheoretical research, this study took Chongqing as the research object, explored thefeasibility of the development of Chongqing’s yacht real estate. In the feasibilityanalysis, the author first analyzed the development conditions for yacht real estate ofChongqing, and then took Potter diamond model as the foundation, built a new diamondmodel from the point of view of attractive destination, then analyzed the competitivepower of the yacht real estate developing in Chongqing with the new diamond model.On the basis of development conditions are ripe and competitive power strongly, theauthor analyzed the yacht real estate’s market prospect of Chongqing. Finally, thisresearch through case analysis, summarized three type of yacht real estate development model, combined with the actual situation in Chongqing, selected a right yacht realestate development model for Chongqing---Integrated development model. Based onthe determined model, combined with the actual situation of Chongqing, put forwardthe development layout proposal, constructing industrial chain and developmentstrategy.
