The Research Of Migrant Workers’ Salary Security Mechanism

Migrant workers is our special product of the system. In the case of China’ssocial security system as a whole is not yet perfect, due to the dual structure of the labormarket restrictions, compared with urban residents, migrant workers in employment,wages, working conditions, social welfare, there is a large difference. Studies have shownthat despite the rapid development of the national economy, the relatively slow growth ofwages for migrant workers, but also in arrears relatively common phenomenon deductionof wages for migrant workers, wages for migrant workers is difficult given due protection.Based on the field survey data aggregated basis, to research the current situation ofmigrant workers wages.This article argues that the root of the problem of arrears of wagesfor migrant workers is that imperfect relevant laws and regulations, and poor oversight oflaw enforcement, the lack of migrant workers help organizations and groups. The reasonsfor the slow growth of wages for migrant workers is that the implementation of publicadministration of the government is not in place, ineffective administrative lawenforcement, legal mechanisms of wage growth has not been well implemented. Thesephenomena have led to the wages of migrant workers are not properly guaranteed.This article focuses on elucidating the main point is-not only the wages of migrantworkers as a legal and economic issues, and should as a general social problem to beaddressed.In this article, from macroscopical and microcosmic construction two aspectsproposed the establishment of migrant workers wage protection mechanisms feasibilitymeasures. Macroscopical construction aspects including policy regulation and supervisionguide, the restriction of system and security, enterprise strategic salary managementstandardization, credit system of the society development and so on fourcontents.Microeconomic construction aspects including the specification of the labor andemployment, corporate labor management processes and strengthen migrant workers’wages and social security departments of law enforcement three content.Through this research, explore migrant workers groups indispensable in this process of industrialization to provide a new perspective for the study of wages for migrantworkers in today’s society security system from the point of view of the social andeconomic development to provide a reference.
