The situation of China’surbanization level of development lags behind economic and social developmentlevel has become serious constraints of the strength of China’s comprehensive andthe improve of national competitiveness’"huge bottleneck", this is not conducive tobuilding a moderately prosperous society goals.Urbanization is essentially refers to a country or region with the development ofindustrialization, continues to increase of urban population, expanding of cities, ruralto urban flow and transfer process. Migrant workers are the first group of rural-urbanmigration, and large-scale, they are groups of farmers who are the best placed intothe public. And then describes the problems of housing, the housing conditionsand situations of migrant workers, and pointed out the Government exclusion ofmigrant workers in the affordable housing outside is the main causes of the housingdifficulties of migrant workers. Finally, the impact of the risk to choose between theurban and rural migrant workers in, and discusses the current social insurance systemis not perfect, it can not effectively reduce the risks faced by migrant workers incities is an important factor to hinder the process of the people of migrant workers.In the third part of the article, some suggestions for the employment of migrantworkers and social security issues were proposed.
