As knowledge changing with each passing day, the major competition of eachenterprise has been becoming how to exploit and manage knowledge capitaleffectively, it is very obvious to see that, knowledge staff will be the main resource ofan enterprise development. To account knowledge staff’s value of human capitalscientifically and correctly is not only have benefit to make a strategy of stimulatingknowledge staff, but also be a kind of evidence for the staffs who will take part in theownership of enterprise. For the measurement of the value of human capital,accounting for human capital has been occurred, furthermore, from1950s, a numberof explorers who are from both domestic and foreign countries have done plenty ofresearches for how can we measure the value of human capital, and a variance ofmodels of value of human capital have been presented. As a result, according tohaving a deeper research to find out a way to measure knowledge staff’s value ofhuman capital, this article will talk both positive and negative side of past methods ofmeasurement, and to create a most suitable model of knowledge staffs’ human capital,so that it can be scientifically and correctly to estimate the value of human capital ofknowledge staffs in enterprises.Based on the theory of human capital, the model of human capital measurementand capital gain theory which are related to economics and management, the articlewill create the model of knowledge staff human capital measurement, in additional; itwill combine the methods of normative analysis and empirical analysis. At first, createan input-output model of a existence of both human capital and physical capital,secondly, remove the factor of physical capital, and get a new output, the differencebetween the two will be attributed to human capital contribution, thus, separate thenew value which is created by both enterprise human and materials. Then, accordingto calculate the difference of average increasing profit between each enterprise andthe industry, ensure the enterprise’s knowledge staff’s value of human capital, and to calculate the knowledge staff’s value of human capital by using the different positionand position level which are related of adjustment coefficient, and the value of humancapital of position of personal performance’s adjustment coefficient. At last,depending on the model; select a sample to test is this model practical or not.There are two important contribution of this research, one is to supply a goodway to calculate the human capital of knowledge staff, and another one is basing onthe value of enterprise knowledge staffs’ human capital which calculated scientificallyand correctly, a reliable evidence of accounting enterprise human capital has beentaken out, future more make the stimulated system more suitable and effective.At the end of this article, it points out some shortness of the process ofresearching and the guideline of accounting knowledge staffs’ self human capital infuture.
