As the deepening development of Global Market Economy in the21st century, the enterprise needs to survive and develop in a market environment with intense competition. While the foundation of dealing with market change lies on the human resources of the enterprise. It means that the updates of the concept, knowledge and skills of staffs are more faster, and in other word, the success of the quality of the establish of learning organization, the success or failure that an enterprise is mattered to. As the main force of current staffs, the80s and90s’personal need trend to become individuation. The traditional training mode cannot satisfy the individual need of current staffs. Self-service training could improve the learning efficiency of learning organization and satisfy their own needs by the tools and technology of information age, it is a training mode that possesses the characteristics such as economic, agile, effectual and high performance-price ratio.Baoding Maoye Department Store is affiliated to Maoye International. To exist and develop soundly in this growing intense competition, establishing a rapid and highly active training mode to guarantee the supply of quality and ability of human resources for the enterprise becomes the urgent needs for the head office and Baoding Maoye Department Store. The performance of Baoding Maoye Department Store was not very good, and still in a state of lose temperately since it was established in September2010. According to analysis, one of the main reason lies in not successfully copy the excellent management mode and team work skills of Shenzhen’office to Baoding. In order to improve the employees’practical skills rapidly and copy the success management experiment, the writer pointed out to establish self-service training system since June2012.By analyzing the development of training, finding out the advantage and disadvantage of various mainstream training modes, to combine the current situation of training both in the world and in the enterprise the writer works in, the self-service training mode was revised and completed. A self-service training that suits for the situation of Baoding Maoye Department Store has established and by trial and error for over a half year, it wins initial success already.The main features of Baoding Maoye Department Store’s self-service training mode are as follow:①By using the computer information system leading in the need of the enterprise, business and the employee, and also leading in some reference medias such as the outcome of performance and quality ability evaluation of the company, department and employee in the past, job assessment and so on to analyze the available quality and ability that human resources could actually provide, according to these comparative analyze, the training needs are scientific, objective, veritable and valid;②Since the self-service trainings are carried with multi-media, computer and internet, it could realize the copy of quality and ability efficiently at all time and place, which greatly improve the efficiency;③Also by using the interactive feedback of information system, the self-service training of Baoding Maoye Department Store pull evaluation into each stage of training system, which could improve the training impacts dynamic, efficient in a screw way and realize the all round evaluation. Therefore both the two parts of training could achieve win-win.④to fully interact with other modules of human resource and advance each other to form a dynamic and uniform human resource management style could guarantee the employees improve and realize their personal quality and ability rapidly and pointedly, and be propitious to enhance the performance, ability and quality of the team, which the human resource could play a driving role to the realization of strategy goal.⑤to ensure the effects of training, some effective and feasible guarantee system and risk prevention measure are formed.At the beginning of the paper, the background, meanings and aim of analyzing the self-service training mode of Baoding Maoye Department Store, as well as the content, thought, method of the analysis are expounded. Later, explain the basic theory of the formation of self-service training mode in Baoding Maoye Department Store, the advantage and disadvantage of reference training mode. Point out the necessity of setting up self-service training system according to analyzing the problems in current training. Then, describe the current situation of the company, including management, human resources and training, and point out the idea of establishing the self-service training mode. By describing and analyzing this training mode, we come to a conclusion that this system is feasible, valid and could be used as reference. Meanwhile, it could push the enterprise to achieve the strategic target. At the same time, a measure to guarantee the effective application of self-service training of Baoding Maoye Department Store is provided. Finally, it makes an overall evaluation toward the self-service training system of Maoye Department Store, summing up some suggestions and thinking on the establish of this training system and making an outlook of the development of the self-service system in Maoye Department Store.In this paper, the writer hopes to provide a high input-output ratio training system according to the research on self-service training system of Baoding Maoye Department Store. Also it points that there is no training mode that could unitary and insular exist and play all the roles, to coordinate with other training modes is very necessary, which could make the most advantage of the effect of human resources training and develop.
