The past two decades, two decades of economic growth in China, also the rapid development of China’s securities industry two decades, the brokerage of all types of business has been rapid development, but in contrast to the development and enrichment of brokerage personnel are generally not ideal. However, the securities industry is a knowledge-intensive industry, talent is the key factor for securities companies to develop and maintain the core competitiveness. Become the target of each brokerage fought the face of fierce competition, enhance the level of competition to build the core competitiveness. The establishment of core competitiveness must rely on the wisdom accumulated all kinds of talents, so not only is essential and urgent to develop a high-quality personnel through training. But for now, the training of most securities firms still remain compared with the early action, early stage, This situation obviously cannot meet the need for companies to develop and participate in the competition. Therefore, the securities company’s training department as soon as possible using the methods of science and systems, according to the company’s strategic development needs and its own characteristics, to develop a detailed, targeted training programs and practical measures for implementation, and staff to create an incentive to keep on learning innovation and knowledge sharing mechanisms and other employees of the company.Through a combination of China’s securities industry in which the background environment, the use of the modern theory of corporate training as a guide for diagnosis of Z securities company F business department of human resources, analyze the current situation and existing problems of staff training of the business department of Z securities company F. The problems of the existing training system:training needs analysis in place, failed to design training programs in accordance with the requirements of the employees and their career development needs; training and teaching system is imperfect; the lack of incentives after training; lack of effective training assessment.Subsequently, the article uses a guide to the modern theory of corporate training to optimize the training system of the F department. We optimize the training system of the F department through training needs analysis, training plans, training methods selection and training effectiveness evaluation. Specific measures:First, emphasize the importance of the training needs of individual employees, then develop training programs in three aspects:fully consider employee personal needs, job requirements and the needs of your organization; Second, the re-division of the type of training employees; Third, select the case study method, scenario simulation method which employees easy to accept as the main way of training; Fourth, re-design the training content of each type of employees in accordance with the new method of training objects divided; Fifth, developed a practical and effective method of training effectiveness evaluation.In order to protect the effectiveness of training system of F Department, we put forward measures such as the investment in training resources, and management awareness of the importance of training, the perfect training reward system and form a good corporate culture.
