With the rise of "Made in China 2025" and the rise of a new round of technological revolutions such as the Internet,artificial intelligence,and big data,the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing has become a trend.For more than 40 years since the reform and opening up,Han’s Laser has grown from a small company into a large-scale traditional manufacturing enterprise that has begun to take shape.It has accumulated a large amount of talents,technology and capital,and provided a good foundation for the transformation of the company.The construction of the competency model of management personnel and the establishment of a training system based on the competency model are important guarantees for the transformation and sustainable development of the enterprise.In this paper,the human resources structure of the Han‘s Laser and the Han’s Group Precision Cutting Division,and the analysis of the status quo of the management personnel,the advantages and disadvantages of the current management personnel of the business unit are obtained.Through the analysis of the current situation of the Han nationality laser,the future development strategy of the Han’s Group is understood.The behavioral event interview method was used to interview 11 managers of the Hans’ Laser Precision Cutting Division,and 15 competencies were extracted from the interviews to establish the competency model of the Han’s Laser Company management personnel,and the training based on the competency system model was established.The system enhances the competence of managers.Finally,the guarantee system of the training system is established,and the guarantee system is used to ensure the smooth implementation of the training based on the capability system model.
