Training services market today, training institutions varies greatly, a general lack of good quality system,this will generate a lot of service issues, increase training services business costs. Eventually leading todecreased customer satisfaction and lose credibility. How to help enterprises to obtain high-quality trainingoutcomes? How to help the training organization providing good solutions for improving service? How toprovide training services industry a theoretical significance of a optimize quality system? These are thebackground and purpose of this study.This study was based on theory of quality management, training services management and projectmanagement etc., and used deductive method to build a model of Project Management Training Quality ofService Optimization, used induction to verify the model by analyzing the case A Training Company. Theinduction includes induction questionnaire, literature review, statistical analysis, root cause analysis.The model constructed in this paper, as well as the quality issues found and solved by ATraining Company,both get the same results. In the social environment of competition and rapid development, we shouldconsider number of factors from a global and overall to optimize the quality of training services. Mainlyfactors includes Environmental (customer/supplier environment, enterprise systems and other cultural),Management Principles (consistent with the strategic, clearly define roles and responsibilities, focus on theservice, continuous measure of earnings, ongoing lessons learned), Tools Templates (7AdministrativeTemplates about demand management, cost management, organization and stakeholder management,quality management, risk management, services management, revenue management), Process (4flow aboutpreparing and starting, planning and design, implementation and monitoring, after servicing) etc.This study proposes a new perspective affect the quality of training services, and according to the newperspective constructs a model to improve the quality of project management training. This model reflectsthe thinking and methods of project management. Coordination and balance through various variables, tooptimize the quality of training services from a global perspective. This study is not only innovative in thefield of optimization theory in the quality of training, but can also substantially reduce the transactioncosts of training services, improve customer satisfaction, increase revenue level of raining institutions,specifically, provide some reference to the training service industry about standardized operation.
