With the high level of maturity of the production-based economy and the rapiddevelopment of IT technology, the global industrial structure clearly demonstratedthe trend of accelerated transformation of service economy, which has become atypical characteristic of the21st century global economy. Especially in developedcountries represented by the United States, Japan, Europe, service-dominantindustrial structure is formed. In today’s globalized competitive environment, in theface of the individual resources are insufficient, more and more companies aregradually deepen the understanding and awareness of the win-win and alliance.Under the influence of the concept of service-dominate, value co-creation,therelatively new concept,has begun to attract the attention of more and more scholars.Value co-creation abandoned the traditional logic that value is created in the processof production by manufacturing enterprises, and pointed out that value is created inthe interactive process by businesses and customers together. Today, more and moreentrepreneurs and scholars recognize that ignoring the value co-creation can‘t besuccessful, and can‘t gain an advantage in future competitive market.This study summaried valueco-creation literature from both businesses andindividuals and businesses in theoretical and empirical research. This researchfocuses on value co-creation between enterprises. By experts and entrepreneursinterviews combined with of of characteristics of value co-creation, we analyzed therelationship of asset co-specialization, interdependent, inter-enterprise valueco-creation, partnership quality and innovation performance, and build the researchmodel.This study belong to empirical research. In this research we used paper orelectronic questionnaire. And the total recovery of the questionnaire were93.Sample source is the surveyed middle and senior managers of the enterprises inShenzhen City. We verified the theoretical model by analyzing the questionnairedata. Results show that asset co-specialization on value co-creation (activity) has thesignificant positive impact, interdependent on value co-creation (activity) has thesignificant positive impact, and value co-creation (activity) on partnership qualityand innovation performance has the significant positive impact. Finally, accordingto research findings we gived innovative theoretical and practical advices forinter-enterprise value co-creation and win-win cooperation.
