Since1996, over one hundred million tons of steel production in China, the entire steelindustry has entered a fast track of development, especially in entering the21st century, theaverage annual growth in crude steel production of China’s iron and steel industry21.1%.Amount of steel production in the iron and steel industry in2010has reached600million tons,far more than the sum of the other countries, steel production, at the same time, important rawmaterials as steel, iron ore also experienced skyrocketing, all the way up to170dollars or morethan ten dollars. On the other hand, along with the year-on-year expansion of the productioncapacity of the steel industry, the demand for steel and test a low trend peaked, ups and downs inthe price of steel.
