In the current increasingly competitive market environment, companies can quickly respond to the supply chain for the actual market situation has become one of the main factors a firm foothold in the enterprise. At present, our research on supply chain has been a lot, but based on the theory of supply chain constraints under study is relatively fast response inadequate. Theory of Constraints (THEORY OF CONSTRAINTS, TOC) The basic idea is:all of the resources limit the system to achieve business goals factor is not the system, but only some of them called "bottleneck" of individual resources. Identify the key factors restricting the system to be addressed, play a multiplier effect.Theory of Constraints is the primary method of thinking flowchart (Thinking Process, TP), this paper describes the theory of constraints and rapid response supply chain research status, discusses in detail the logical way of thinking and the use of step bound by theory, theory of constraints pointed out to solve the supply chain each department central contradiction of thought. Second factor of five tools thinking processes using a reactance of the impact of supply chain companies to respond quickly to analyze in-depth study of their mutual relations restrict the production department, sales department and quality issues among its bottlenecks and identify propose improvement ideas. Then, in order to achieve the desired goal of the enterprise for business again bottlenecks bottlenecks with specific bottlenecks on the APS (Advanced Planning System) algorithm is a reasonable schedule, so companies do not use the buffer resource bottlenecks caused due to unnecessary waste of resources. Practice has proved that the theory of constraints applied to the supply chain to respond quickly will bring great development for the enterprise, although in some detail will be less, but on the whole the development of enterprises is bound to make a significant contribution.
