Study On Sustainable Land Of City Suburb Of The City Use

Land is an important factor for human political， economic activity. The landprovide space for human survival，and people’s production and business activities.Also， the land is an important production element for a modern production and landuse sustainability is in relation to human food safety， related to the production ofhuman life and sustainable and even affects the whole human survival andsustainability. Therefore， the sustainable use of land is crucial. not the sustainableuse of land， no sustainable development of human.City is the political， economic，cultural and other activities on the premises， but also human transform nature mostdeep place，is also the most concentrated areas of land use.City suburb of the city is aspecial place， from a large area， it is the city zone is an integral part of bearingCity suburb of land resources sustainable utilization of land resource utilization，is the persistent application of deepening.This article first elaborated the domestic andinternational city land sustainable utilization of research results， as the studyprovides a research method of background， then the city using the concept ofsustainability， target， connotation is analyzed， and the situation of sustainableutilization of city land is studied.This paper first on the Wuqing District of Tianjin city land use structure，presentsituation and evolution of analysis revealed a suburban city land use structure changerule， and through domestic and international compare other city got someproblem.Then the sustainability of land use for evaluation and analysis.And then for the Wuqing District of Tianjin city land sustainable use emergingproblems， from economic rule and existing policies are put forward in WuqingDistrict of Tianjin city land use proposals and countermeasures.Finally， the paper looks forward to further study.
