Study On The Status And Countermeasures Of Development And Urban Construction Of Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City

As the first eco-city construction program developed by cooperation between China and Singapore in the world,Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City is such a compound eco-city,which is a kind of comprehensive construction with ecological economy,ecological society and ecological environment.At present,Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City has completed the development and construction of the starting area.summing up the experience of development and construction,analyzing and solving the existing problems in the planning and construction have a positive meaning not only for the future development of Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city,but also for the general understanding of deepening the construction of the ecological city.This paper mainly consists of six parts: the introduction,the theoretical basis of eco-city,the situation of planning and construction of Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City,the problems in the planning and construction of Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city,the successful experience of foreign eco-city construction and the countermeasures.This paper argues that the sustainability of ecosystems in the construction of Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city,the surrounding environment,the transformation of residents' lifestyles,air pollution control and the bottleneck of ecological energy saving technology are five issues which are worthy of attention.By drawing lessons from the successful eco-city construction experiences of Singapore,Germany Freiburg,Vancouver and Toronto,combined with China's ecological civilization construction requirements,the paper concludes five aspects of rationalization proposals.These are strengthening the monitoring of relevant ecological indicators,enhancing residents' awareness of ecological protection,exerting government supervision and guiding functions,paying attention to ecological energy-saving technology research and strengthen the legal protection.
