Research On The Construction And Implementation Of Lean Production System At C Corporation

As an advanced production management method, lean production through theelimination of waste and continuous improvement，reduce the finishes, shortening thedue date, improving quality and efficiency and minimizing the cost. Researching thebasic thought and method of lean production and analyzing its application hasimportant reference meaning to the implementation of lean production of enterprises.Taking the C corporation as an example in the paper, the lean production systemof C corporation was analyzed in detail. The seven principles and three subsystems oflean production of C corporation were also described in the paper. What’s more, themain tools of carrying out the lean production in C corporation were researched. Onthe basis of the problem of space shortage of fabrication workshop warehouse in theprocess of productivity expansion of C corporation, the present situation of thefabrication workshop warehouse was analyzed in the thesis. the paper used the valuestream mapping, The influencing factors of utilization ratio of warehouse, the layoutof warehouse, the storage of heavy parts and large plates and the packagingspecification, were proposed and optimized in the paper.After the optimization, the new warehouse layout was realized along with theenlargement of the usable area. What’s more, The space utilization was increased bydouble through improving the pallet of kitting and production flow, Fifteen pieces ofpackaging measurements of all the structural components were collected by two roundof integration and the file of packaging specification was established. All of the abovesupports the improvement of the utilization ratio of fabrication workshop warehouseof C corporation.
