Research Of Self-development Ability Refactor In Less Developed Areas Based On Economic Rights Endowment

How to promote the less developed regions to gain advantage in the marketeconomy, competition game, has become the many scholars actively studying problem.the research based on characteristic analysis as well as the type definition in lessdeveloped areas of China, based on the perspective of economic rights endowment,build self-development ability theory analysis framework in the less developed area,proposed the cultivation area strategic path of self-development ability, from a newangle of view, put forward a new theory expounded and empirical test to economic andsocial development in less developed areas in China.First of all, this study is based on the actual development of less developed areas.Backward status quo in less developed regions make people realize that from the longunderdeveloped state to developed the premise condition of state transitions must bebroken region lack of right to hinder, raise the level of self development. The differenttypes of less developed areas to overcome obstacles is different, they must according tothe development of regional economic and social, targeted choice the developmentstrategy.Secondly, this study is based on the premise reflection and understanding ofself-development capacity. Self-development studies have yielded some results, eachresearcher to think about how to progress on the basis of our predecessors. This studyfrom a new perspective of economic power endowment, combing mechanism betweenof rights endowment and development ability, build a self development abilitytheoretical framework for the less developed regions, to study the relationship ofphysical capital and labor rights and gathering economic factors ability, human capitalrights and enhance human capital ability, scientific-technological progress rights andspeed up scientific-technological innovation ability, institutional change rights andattract institutional change ability.Aiming at the actual condition of less developed areas, build the evaluation indexsystem of the ability to self development in less developed areas, and using this systemin the western region12provinces, municipalities and autonomous regionsself-development ability was evaluated, the results proved that the level of selfdevelopment ability in less developed areas have great relevance with regionaleconomic development of the agglomeration economic elements ability, human capital ability, speed up the progress of science and technology ability and attract institutionalchange ability. Sichuan, Chongqing region have great self-development ability and hugepotential; Inner Mongolia, Shaanxi, Guangxi, Ningxia has strong regionself-development capacity; Guizhou, Yunnan, Xinjiang, Gansu, Qinghai have flaws insome aspects ability, need targeted formulate relevant strategy to improve regionself-development abilities; Tibetan region self-development ability is weak, shouldmake special strategy, cultivate and improve self development ability.Finally, this study from resource capitalization, the economic growth factors ofagglomeration, regional economic hinterland extending, technology innovation toimitation four directions put forward strategic choice to foster transition sustainabledevelopment of less developed regions. And put forward path selection and policyinnovation to promote self development ability aimed at different types of lessdeveloped regions.
