Research On Upgrading Self-development Capability Of The Western Region Based On Economic Rights Endowment

The economy and social development of western region have made remarkable achievements since the implementation of the"western development strategy". In recent years,the relative gap between the eastern region and western region has narrowed, but the absolute gap is still widening. In the process of accelerated transformation in china,how to narrow the gap between the western region and eastern region,how to further enhance the self-development capacity of western region,has become the focus of the government and scholars.This paper is based on"economic rights endowment"(yong lin,2007)perspective to study self-development capacity of the western region. Firstly,this paper described theoretical framework of self-development capacity of western region based on the economic rights endowment,and then analyses the current situation of economic rights endowment and self-development capacity in the western region compared with the eastern developed region. In addition,the effect of economic rights endowment on self-development capacity of the western region from the perspective of empirical validation was studied. Studies showed that physical capital rights,labor rights,human capital rights and institutional change rights had positive effects on self-development capacity of the western region,the role of human capita rights are the most of them. A unit of human capital right to change the value of the change in the number of western self-induced development capacity to change the number of changes in the value of 0.60541 units,followed by the right to physical capital rights,labor rights and the rights of institutional change. That the current economic gap is too large between the eastern and western region,the key reasons for self-development capacity of the western region is deficient in economic rights endowment. The western region's economic rights are in urgent need of the government reasonable and effective institutional arrangements to make up for missing,to enhance its game capacity about the eastern region in the fierce market competition.Finally,this paper presents a training capacity of the western region the choice of self-development path,in order to narrow the gap and promote balanced regional development so that provide the theoretical basis and the decision-making.
