Combined of A company’s current screw (Screw referred to as SC) compressoroperating condition, the paper studied how to use the value stream analysismethodtorealizethe lean production management in the existing SC compressorassembly line.Thustooptimizethe existing production methods and redesign theproduction line layout,so as to save the investment in improving production inmaximize extent.Firstlythe article describes topics background and significance,andmakes anoverview of the thoughts and ideas of lean manufacturingdetailed,and anglicizes howto implement the lean production. Then integrates SC products production systemoperations data and market forecasts of A company,using value stream mappingmethod of systematic analysis of current SC product value stream manufacturingprocesses. Through value stream mapping results concluded that the weaknesses ofthe current SC manufacturing system, based upon the SC product demand forecastand the latest enterprise development planning,from a lean perspective and concludedthat SC continuous improvement of manufacturing systems (CIP),designed the SCproduct value stream mapping as an improvement of the production objectives andprogram of action. To design the new SC product manufacturing system for future byusingthe lean manufacturing,industrial engineering,project management,and othermodern management theoryFinally,the demonstration through the specific calculations lean postpartumSC products produced by various indicators of health have been greatly improved,thereby demonstration of lean production advantage.
