| Since China’s reform and opening up, more than30years have passed, China’seconomy and social development have made rapid progress. The real estate industry asan important basic industry in the national economy, has maintained a continuous andrapid growth for many years. However, anything is like a double-edged sword, the riskof the economic bubble may occur if we do not take reasonable control of such arisk.What is more, worldwide financial crisis may occur. Therefore, it is very importantfor the real estate industry to make early warning and reasonable control.This paper is based on the real estate bubble warning theory. Considering theeconomic and social development status and the future development planning ofZhengzhou City, comprehensive analysis of the data over the years is made, furthermore, warning is made for real estate development of Zhengzhou City. Qualitativeanalysis of the operation of real estate market in Zhengzhou City is made from theconsumer’s point of view.The results showed that the operation of the real estate market in Zhengzhou city isbasicly good, but there is a certain degree of overheating in some years, the reasons ofthis phenomenon are analyzed. Finally, the real estate development environment andtrend of Zhengzhou City is discussed, relevant recommendations to the industrial policyare given based on the analysis results. |
