Disparities Research Of Tourist Attraction In Hebei Province Based On Extension Engineering Method

Grasping the strength of the tourism attraction will help to find the factors restrictingthe development of the tourism industry, then making effective countermeasure. The paperis to study the regional differences and gaps of tourism attraction between cities in HebeiProvince. The purpose is to create a better tourism attraction and attract more tourists toaccelerate the pace of tourism development. Using the method of extension engineeringand tourism background trend line, this paper sets up a matter-element model of thecomprehensive evaluation of tourist appeal in Hebei province. Single indicator decides theadvantage and disadvantage of different regions, the multiple analysis show an existenceof a large diversity of tourism attraction, with the aim to provide recommendations for thedevelopment of the tourism industry.Firstly, this paper researched the literature on the tourist attraction theory, model andinfluencing factors in the latest. Expounding the related concepts and theories, thus lay asolid theoretical foundation for this study.Secondly, this paper used tourism backgroundtrend line model and Matlab7.0to establish the tourism background trend line equation oftourist arrivals and inbound tourism income in Hebei province. Then, the article used thenatural extension and evaluation functions of tourism background trend line to analyze theeffect factors of the tourist attraction from the tourism resources, tourism market, tourismservice quality, accessibility, economic development level, social and culturaldevelopment, ecological environment attractive.Thirdly, using the method of extensionengineering and the dates of25indicators, this paper sets up a matter-element model ofthe comprehensive evaluation of tourist appeal in Hebei province. It got thecomprehensive ranking of tourist appeal in11cities. Finally, according to the analysisabout current situation of tourist attraction and comprehensive evaluation results, thispaper put forward the countermeasures respectively from seven aspects.
