Based On The Method Of Extention Engineering To Research Emissiveness Of Rural Residents In Hebei Province

This article uses emissiveness of peasants as a starting point to investigate tourism market of rural residents in Hebei Province. According to internal and extenrnal factors of emissiveness, the article analyzes comprehensively current situation about rural residents tourism in Hebei Province. Then this paper comprehensively evaluates the regional diversity of emissiveness of peasants in Hebei Province. Finally, the paper gives some advice to promote emissiveness. The purpose is to be upgrading the whole emissiveness of peasants and enliving the whole tourism market of rural residents in Hebei Province.Firstly, the paper analyses the background, significance, summary, contents and methods of the research, and defines the meaning of rural residents tourism,emissiveness. At the same time, the article reviews the important concepts and the related theories, which can provide theoretical and methodological support for this paper.Secondly, from the rate of travelers and expense of tourism, the paper analyzes the general condition of tourism of rural residents in Hebei Province, and according to the internal and extenrnal factors of emissiveness, analyzes the current situation about rural residents tourism in Hebei Province, which totally include the attitude and policy from the government,the situation of tourism consumption data,tourism price,rural income,consumption,population structure and tourism psychological motivation aspects.Thirdly, on the basis of the factors of emissiveness of rural residents, the article chooses evaluation indicators and creates system of evaluation indicators. Then the article uses Principal Component Analysis determine the weight coefficient of each evaluation index, and use the method of extension engineering to set up a extension Matter-Element Model, the evaluation result makes the level of emissiveness of peasants each city in Hebei Province divide into the different intensity levels and measure the advantages and disadvantages which can affect the level of emissiveness in each city.The last one, according to current situation about rural residents tourism in Hebei Province and results of comprehensive evaluation, the article gives some advince to upgrade the emissiveness from the government, tourism enterprises, industry associations and rural residents.
