As the development of the social revolution in the Twenty-first Century, broilerslaughter industrytends to be more large-scale, international. In the fierce competition inthe market economy model, the competition of human resources takes the most importantrole in the development of an enterprise. To the broiler slaughter industry, the barrier ofdevelopment of an enterprise is the problem of human resources. There are three groundquestions based on this theory: How to improve the HRM in SanRong?How to perfect thesystem of HRM in SanRong? How to build up the advantage of competitive HRM inSanRong?Therefore, it is an urgent priority to make a Human Resources strategic planningaccording to the development strategic of SanRong.This paper first discusses the human resources strategy theory, and provides atheoretical basis for the following research work. The SanRong group’s internal andexternal environment analysis, find out the key factors to affect the future development ofSanRong group, and were evaluated by SWOT analysis of the key elements of humanresources strategy, the human resource advantages and disadvantages. At the same time,combining with the status quo of enterprises through linear regression analysis ofSanRong group’s future human resources supply and demand situation, provides the datasupport for the selection of human resource strategy.In this paper, the idea from the angle of strategy for the SanRong group in the futuredevelopment of human resources, the development of human resources development goaland strategy and under the guidance of this, in-depth analysis of the development directionof SanRong group in the future human resources. The SanRong group human resourcesstrategic objectives are: to meet group for the future development of human resourcesdemand; Benign enterprise human resources flow, set up internal talent market mechanism;Improve personnel structure, improving human resources utilization; Form the SanRonggroup characteristic of the human resource management mode. Taken to achieve thestrategic goals, specific strategies are: mobility, employee training, employee careerplanning and management strategies. Finally, put forward some measures to ensure the implementation of human resourcestrategy.
