With the Chinese economy entering a "new normal",the domestic and international economic situations faced by the power industry have undergone major changes,and the market competition in the power industry has become increasingly fierce.At present,with the continuous increase of power users in our country,the electricity consumption in people's daily life is getting bigger and bigger.The traditional power management has been gradually developed to the smart power grid.As an energy company whose main business is power generation,how to seize opportunities and meet challenges in the wave of transformation and upgrading of state-owned enterprises,and choose a human resources strategic plan that fits with the development of the times and meets the characteristics of the enterprise is of utmost importance to power companies.Formulate human resources strategic planning based on the overall strategy of the company to match the overall strategy of the company and serve the overall strategy of the company.It is very important for Guodian Inner Mongolia Electric Power Co.,Ltd.,which is in the period of reform and development,to reform human resources strategic planning.Want to achieve the following purposes: to adjust the current number of human resources and human resources and quality,optimize the structure of personnel,and strive to create a sufficient number of well-structured,high-quality personnel.Optimize the human resources management process and establish a reasonable recruitment,compensation,training,incentive,and talent stability system.At the same time,we must innovate the concept of qualified personnel,work closely with the overall development of the enterprise on the work of human resources,and serve the overall interests of reform,development and stability.From the perspective of corporate human resources strategic planning,this article takes the Inner Mongolia electric power co.LTD.as a strategic unit,based on the research status at home and abroad,and clarifies the theories used in this paper by reviewing the theories of strategic management and human resource management.After analyzing the development history of the the Inner Mongolia electric power co.LTD.and the company's situation,the tool will focus on the current human resources status and overall company strategy from three aspects: the number of talents,the quality of talents,and the talent structure.The SWOT analysis method defines and defines the company's talentdevelopment strategy.Finally,based on the existing talent strategy of the Inner Mongolia electric power co.LTD.,and in conjunction with the status quo of the implementation of the company's talent situation,it proposes a talent strategy plan and guarantee for the development of the Inner Mongolia electric power co.LTD..Measures such as the implementation of four types of human resources projects: one hundred senior management personnel training project,excellence plan,"chief" project and innovation studio.These four types of projects are the ways and methods for the smooth implementation of the company's strategic planning,which can ensure the smooth and effective implementation of the plan.At the same time,a good corporate culture and internal corporate system are also the means and conditions for ensuring the implementation of human resources planning.
