Research On The Development Of Low Carbon Agriculture In Jilin Province

As the development of low carbon economy in all the fields,reducing carbonemission has became a consensus internationally.Agriculture is the basis of nationaleconomy and people’s livelihood,especially in Jilin province.It is the best choice forJilin to desert the original development mode.In order to build a better Jilin,weshould enrich the theory of low carbon economy according the Marx’s natural forcetheory,develop low carbon agriculture in considering with practice.To a certain extent,the lack of theory is the restraint of the development of lowcarbon agriculture.In order to enhance the leading role of theories,through thestudying of the results got by domestic and foreign scholars,I researched the lowcarbon agriculture from the following issues:In the first part,the necessity,theoretical significance,practical significance andecological significance of the development of low carbon economy has beenanalyzed,after reviewing the results had been got,determine the targe,content andmethod of this paper.In the second part,based on the relative research,the paper explored the latentmeaning of Marx’s natural force theory as the theoretical foundation for thedevelopment of low carbon agriculture.In the third part,dealing with the lack of the research on the landpollution,according to the pre-warning theory,based on the analyzing on the presentsituation in Jilin province.A pre-warning system consists of potential food bearingcapacity,population and ecological security bearing capacity has been designed forJilin province in this paper.In the forth part,in accordance with the current situation of the development inJilin province,Screening the carbon source and carbon sinks of the current agricultural production judging by statistical data.The paper had got a decision thatwe should transform the mode of agricultural production to adopt the quality,safetyand environment friendly way to develop agriculture--low carbon agriculturalproduction mode.In the fifth part,led by the government’s public management theory of KarlMarx, designed a comprehensive low-carbon agriculture development path whichchoose the government as the main leader,low carbon planting industry,animalhusbandry, aquaculture and carbon forestry as the main content.In the sixth part,in order to ensure low-carbon agriculture in Jilinprovince,construct the policy system to support low carbon agriculturaltechnology,the development of low carbon planting and livestock breeding,carbonsequestration forestry construction.to ensure the development of low-carboneconomy and low carbon agricultural ecosystems at the government and policylevel.
