The Reaserch On Security Management System About City Park Tourist Attractions Based On The Measure Method Of Security Carrying Capacity

As the foremost guarantee of tourism development and starting point of the tourist decision-making, security always been paid attention by researchers.In practice, due to the concentration of tourist time and the characteristics of tourism seasonality, Many tourist destination, especially to some famous tourist destination, overload capacity of tourists has become a universal phenomenon. This overload is mainly reflected in superabundant tourists, the quality of tourism services declining and the management level tourism insufficient. The problem of tourists overload capacity not only hidden in a huge security risk, in recent years, the tragedy caused by overload were still common in tourism destination, but also had negative impact to good tourists experience during the journey. With the background of the tourism industry development transformation from the traditional sightseeing tourism to experience economy, the requirements for safety further promotion. On one hand, it embodied in tourists pay more attention to safety protection, more actively concerned about the safety of tourism destination; on the other hand, it also embodied in tourists are more eager to get relaxed and stress free travel experience. The current carrying capacity of tourism destination safety generally take the accounting is on the carrying capacity of tourist facilities or ecological environment, according to the study on tourist psychological capacity has acquired some achievements, but in practice is not ideal. The lack of scientific and effective security capacity checking method has become the bottleneck for the further implementation of the security management of the activities of the time.This paper focus in researching on the security management basic on the method of security carrying capacity measure. On the basis of existing literature and scientific research practice, combined with the practice of the author, according to the characteristics of tourists to visit and different security level security capacity of tourism scenic area can be divided into psychological security capacity, activity safety capacity and safety evacuation capacity, namely, this paper discussing as follow:Firstly, the appropriate capacity of tourist attraction under comfortable and stress-free tourism environment and related factor that potential influence on capacity. Based on related research production reference, the author put forward the capacity determination method that measure psychological safe distance between random tourist and Conner by repeating unforecast field experimentation and then calculate psychological capacity of security in tourism attraction according to whole available visit area. Demonstrating the effectiveness by case study. Next, filtrating the factor that potential affect the safe distance by Delphi method and then analysis their influence extent and approach by control variable method.Secondly, the method of establishment of security advances warning system basic on the achievement of security carrying capacity measure.Lastly, the security management system aim at different level of advance warning.The author thought that the research result could provide some reference for building safe and superior tourism environment and tourist attraction could promote appropriate capacity by proactive managed above factor.
