At the same time, the choice Commercial bankstaffs are the objects of study, is helpful grasps the organization climate in theCommercial bank superintendents the concrete influence function, acts according tostaff’s concrete demand for the enterprise, the creation is helpful in improves the staffpsychology capital, promotes it to organize the organization climate which the citizenbehavior forms to provide the related countermeasure and the suggestion.This research from theory and real diagnosis discussion psychology capital andvarious dimensions and organization citizen behavior relations, and inspects under thedifferent organization climate both’s relations whether to obtain strengthens orweakens. Second, the psychological capital and various dimensions andbetween the organization citizen behavior has a more remarkable forward relevance, explained that staff’s psychological capital is higher, namely the self-potency, thehope, toughness and the optimistic score are higher, it organizes the citizen behaviortendency to be stronger. Third, the organization climate has the control action to thepsychological capital and the organization citizen behavior’s relations.Finally, In the research conclusion’s foundation, this article mainly to thebusiness management proposed that the following three aspect new countermeasureand suggested:Many kinds of ways carry on the development to the enterprise staff’spsychological capital; Cultivates the good organization climate, increases staff’sorganization citizen behavior tendency; In reality aims at the different staff to selectthe different emphasis point.
