Accelerate economic development mode shift is an important goal of the "12thFive-Year Development Plan", and greatly improve the capability of independentinnovation is the key to achieving this goal. In this context, knowledge resources andhuman resources become corporate important strategic resources. Knowledgenetworks as a result of knowledge innovation and knowledge innovationindispensable platform affect the absorption of knowledge resources, transfer ofknowledge resources and the efficiency of innovation; human resource managementaffect the efficiency of human resource development. Therefore, knowledge networks and human resources management has causedmore and more attention. In recent years, domestic and foreign scholars haveconducted in-depth study from different aspects of their correlation in-depthstudy.On the basis of previous theoretical results and business practices, focusing onthe knowledge network performance and human resource management module studythe correlation of the knowledge network and human resource management andother important research, in order to explore the efficient allocation of the path ofknowledge and human resources in the economies in transition.First use of social network analysis, cognitive psychology analysis, the logic ofthe market analysis from the three dimensions of social networks, cognitivenetworks, business networks. For knowledge production, absorption, transfer, innovation of knowledge networks inherent mechanism of qualitativethe researchfound that knowledge production, transfer, absorption, innovation and humanresource management are closely related. On this basis, constructed a theoreticalmodel about the Correlation of human resources management and knowledgenetwork which is based on the the Keskin model and human resources3P model, and use knowledge network performance evaluation index system based on theprincipal component analysis and the Balanced Scorecard performance evaluationindex system, as well human resource management index system based on the sixmodules of human resource management to obtain data.On the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical design, regression analysisthe knowledge network performance and human resources six modules, and theregression results show the relevance of the knowledge network and humanresources management can be divided into three different strength levels. First, thestaff training and development management module and compensation and benefitsmanagement module and the knowledge network performance was significantlyassociated; the second, recruitment and configuration module, labor relations management module and knowledge networks in general; third, human resourceplanning module and performance management module is weakly correlated withthe knowledge network. And further proposed the factors of direct role in theknowledge node and affecting the knowledge nodes enthusiasm and work efficiencyis the primary influencing the knowledge network performance, and factors actingon the knowledge links is the secondary effects of the knowledge networkperformance; role in the knowledge network structure, environmental factorsinfluence on the knowledge network performance is weakest. The empirical resultsnot only verify the hypotheses, but also provide a decision-making basis for therational allocation of investment, improve utilization efficiency of human resourcesand knowledge resources.
