| Logistics system evaluation is an important and complex part of the logistics study, which provides a crucial basis for the decision-making of logistics system, namely, there is no correct decision without appropriate evaluation. Through the vertical and horizontal comparison of the enterprise's logistics system performance, it is beneficial to improve the efficiency of logistics system and its economic benefits, and help the enterprise to understand its strength and weakness compared with the rest of the same industry, which provides the basis for further improving its logistics system. The performance evaluation of enterprise logistics system includes two aspects of core content, which are the establishment of index system and the selection of evaluation method. Based on the principles of building performance evaluation index system and the specific characteristics of enterprise logistics system, the evaluation elements were analyzed and selected to establish the index system for evaluating enterprise logistics performance. In this paper, the fuzzy evaluation theory and grey relational analysis were applied to establish the evaluation model for enterprise logistics system. Firstly the weight of each index was determined with gray relational analysis, and then based on that, the performance of single enterprise logistics system was apprised using fuzzy evaluation method. Then according to the characteristics of multi-enterprises logistics performance, and the experience of neural network design, a three-layer BP neural network, including input layer, hidden layer and output layer, was designed to evaluate the logistics performance of multi-enterprises.Finally, a logistics company was selected to verify the established model. It was indicated that the fuzzy evaluation theory and grey relational analysis could effectively assess the performance of single enterprise logistics system; meanwhile, BP neural network could comprehensively and rationally evaluate logistics system of multi-enterprises, which provided certain information for the enterprise to understand and improve its logistics system. |
