So, considering the reverse recovery process of Closed-Loop SupplyChain that becomes the research hotspot in enterprises and the academia gradually.However, the decentralized decision-making among enterprises decrease the profitlevels of the whole Closed-Loop Supply Chain caused by structural feature ofClosed-Loop Supply Chain and the influence of external circumstances.First, the paper chooses the revenue-and-expense-sharing contract to coordinateClosed-Loop Supply Chain after analyzes and considers the structural feature ofClosed-Loop Supply Chain comprehensively.Then, in the bilateral oligopoly Closed-Loop Supply Chain made by onemanufacturer and one retailer, under the centralized decision making and decentralizeddecision environment calculates the optimal profit and retail price of the wholeClosed-Loop Supply Chain respectively based on the ideology of Stackelberg game.Introduce the revenue-and-expense-sharing contract to coordinate this Closed-LoopSupply Chain and apply that into Closed-Loop Supply Chain system consisted by twocompetitive retailers and one manufacturer.Finally, proves the validity of the contract through the example calculating.
