Research On Coordination Of Closed Loop Supply Chain Based On Product Differential Pricing

With resource shortages and environmental issues becoming increasingly prominent,the CLSC,which benefits economic and environmental,has been pay more attention to.At present,the CLSC being researched is mostly based on the model composed of decision makers such as manufacturers,retailers,and third-party recyclers.However,in economic and social practice,suppliers are also involved in CLSC as a very important decision-making body.This paper studies the differential pricing and related coordination issues of the CLSC which composed of the supplier and manufacturer,under the circumstances that discarded product recovery is more than remanufactured market demand and the quality of recycled products is different.The paper first summarizes domestic and foreign research results,outlines relevant theoretical foundations such as CLSC,CLSC pricing,game theory and CLSC coordination.And then considering the heterogeneity of recycled products and the residual value of redundant recycling products,a decision model of CLSC system consisting of suppliers and manufacturers is established under the centralized strategy and the decentralized strategy.On this basis,twopart tariff contract coordination mechanism and nash bargaining negotiation axiomatic method were adopted to coordinate the CLSC.Then considering the cost of detection and disposal of waste parts as private information of the manufacturer,this paper analyzes the influence of information asymmetry on the profit and profit distribution of CLSC system,and applies nash bargaining model to establish information sharing incentive contract.The research shows that the disadjustment of CLSC under decentralized decision-making is mainly influenced by the double marginal price increase effect,and two-part pricing contract coordination mechanism can effectively coordinate the CLSC system;the asymmetry of recycling cost information reduces the efficiency of the CLSC system,but the information privateness makes information superiority increase its revenue.
