Evaluation System For Management And Control Of The Enterprises Directly Affiliated To State Grid Corporation Of China

It is very important to study about the management and control mode of the group enterprise, which can help to improve the enterprise’s management level and complete the strategy of sustainable development. It gets prepared for further research by reading much literature about group control and enterprise evaluation both at home and abroad. This paper adopted the method of combining the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. On the one hand, this method ensured the objectivity of evaluation results, and on the other hand it also reflected the subjective intention of decision makers. Thus the evaluation conclusion is more scientific and reasonable.First this paper presented the research achievement about the group control mode and the group enterprise evaluation at home and abroad. Combining with the actual management model of State Grid Corporation of China, we can devide the subordinate companies into four plates and study respectively. The four plates are scientific research and teaching plate, professional company plate, electrical equipment plate and the non-electrical equipment plate. The paper offered the most scientific control mode of each plate. Then the paper constructed the evaluation index system for management and control of the enterprises directly affiliated to State Grid Corporation of China, which included financial benefits, internal operations, customer service, growing and dynamic development. Next the paper adopted the cobweb model to evaluate the enterprises directly affiliated to State Grid Corporation of China within the same plate, and used the DEA model to evaluate the enterprises in the different plates. At last, the paper put forward some measures to improve the enterprise’s management level.It can help to analyze the current management situation of each enterprise directly affiliated to State Grid Corporation of China through the evaluation study. The evaluation study plays a significant role in improving the management level and sustainable development ability of State Grid Corporation of China. Also the paper has reference value for the similar group of large state-owned enterprise.
