Research And Application On Enterprise Culture Construction Of State Grid Corporation Of China Based On Modular Theory

As the enterprise culture has more and more influence on the prosperity of thecountry and the development of the enterprise growing, China is stepping into animportant era of the cultural strategy, and China enterprise is entering into ages whichenterprise culture must come first. State Grid Corporation of China is the state-ownedimportant backbone enterprise related to national energy security and national economiclifeblood. It always attaches great importance to the construction, and put the enterpriseculture as the soft strength and the focus of business competition of the enterprise. Butbecause the subordinate companies are numerous and cultural construction foundationis uneven, State Grid Corporation of China needs to raise the level of enterprise cultureconstruction of the subordinate companies. This paper analyzed the status andcharacteristics of culture construction for State Grid Corporation of China. Modularprocess of enterprise culture construction has been further study through field research.In this way, a new scheme of enterprise culture construction for parent-subsidiaryconglomerate has been put forward. On this basis, how the plan for implementation ofthe group culture in the subordinate companies has been investigated and put intopractical application. The main contents of the paper are as follows:Firstly, this paper reviews literatures of the State Grid Corporation of Chinaparent-subsidiary cultural construction of both home and aboard, which helps determinethe research direction. Then, put forward the research content and innovations, clarifiesthe purpose and significance of the study.Secondly, this paper delves into the theories of enterprise culture construction andmodularization theory. Then, this paper analyzes the situation、proposes and difficultiesof the enterprise culture construction. On this basis, this paper builds the overallframework, combined with the general process of enterprise culture constructionFurthermore, The paper conduct a detailed study to the culture construction forState Grid Corporation of China which is based on the modularization theory. The studyincludes two parts.One is to detailed compose the process of Enterprise cultureconstruction of State Grid Corporation of China. The other one is to composite themodule based on Grey clustering. Then，diversified process meet the different needs canbe exported.Finally, this paper applies the research to company A which is one of provincial company of State Grid Corporation of China for practice, and verifies the applicabilityand effectiveness of the research results.
