Construction Research Of The Strategic Network Based On The Field Theory

Since1988when Jarillo gave the concept of Strategic Network, research ofdomestic and foreign on the Strategic Network followed into a fast-growing channel,with five research perspectives: combined with the new economic sociology,organizational theory, cultural perspective, the enterprise cluster perspective,ecological concept, and meanwhile scholars used the dissipative structure theory,cooperative concept, self-organization theory, super-cycle theory, symbiosis theory,game theory and other disciplines to study the strategic network, having made a lot ofachievements, but because most of the strategic network as a certain object, the lackof retrospective of the initial origin of the strategic network, had overlooked astrategic network initial construction design study of the important role of thestrategic network.Therefore, this article by introducing strategic network of field theory prove theinitial build on the important role of strategic networks is proposed equivalent mass ofkey concepts, the proposal is based on the equivalent mass field theory Einsteinequivalence principle, applied in strategy network drawn from the study, mainlyincludes five parts: the core node core competencies, core network node on strategicrelationship management capabilities and ability to integrate resources, the corestrategy of the network nodes and structure of macro-control capacity of the core nodeand each node positive interaction and ability to respond to the feedback, strategicnetwork formation at the beginning of the first step in making the core nodes.This article also pointed out that while the equivalent mass scale strategicnetwork as ruler of crucial significance, but also pointed out the equivalent qualitymanagement, economics, strategic decision-making significance. To find theequivalent mass building design factors, on the basis of indexation system wasestablished fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and through General Motors and ToyotaMotor comparative empirical study once again proves the importance of strategicnetwork building design and verification of such the importance of effective mass, thepresence of the introduction of the theory when the first mathematically prove theapplicability, mainly demonstrated in the sense of strategic network topology and thesimilarities and field space homeomorphic, then on this basis astrophysics simulation,proposes a trust relationship as attractive node measure designed to prove theimportance of building strategic network based on the establishment of a strategicnetwork building design specifications of the system to achieve a strategic network of building design and decision-making of indicators.
