The MPS Model Of Node Enterprises In Manufacturing Network

According to the rapid development of modern information technology andinternational trade, transnational investment across the region and country, business,alliance also grow up gradually. More and more manufacturing enterprises and productionservice enterprises are involved in the world, and it forms global manufacturing networkfrom research and development manufacturing to sales and service. The manufacturingenterprises under this network are our global manufacturing network node enterprises.They participate in global production network and have different characteristics from otherordinary enterprises. In this context to provide different environment to study thecharacteristics of node enterprises’ MPS, and then to establish mathematical model of MPSand solve it. It plays a very important role and has a certain theoretical and practicalsignificance in the environment of uncertain, risk and alliance cooperation.In this thesis, the theoretical research of global manufacturing network, nodeenterprises and MPS has been studied detailedly. Under the background of suchknowledge, we adopt different solutions to establis mathematical model and solve itaccording to different environment. Under uncertain environment, this thesis carries on theforecast about market demand and establishes combination forecast model in numerousprediction methods; Under risk environment, this paper defines that risk is a kind ofuncertainty that can be measured, we use the method of probabilistic to process demandand order; Under the environment of alliance cooperation, we adopt linear plan method inoperational research. It can calculate the maximum in convenience and quick methods andcombine the practice, then to arrange MPS in the above results.In this paper, in order to elaborate the establishment of MPS, we provied the concretesolving process.But in the process, in order to facilitate calculation, the experimental datahas some difference from the reality, but the method remains the same. Although it’smachine tool enterprise, but the study of theory method and model also has some certainreference significance on other similar manufacturing enterprises.
