With the development of economy, technology and the progress of thepopularity of computers, the human resource management gradually presents thetendency of informatization. Developing human resource management informationsystem is the only way to achieve the informatization of human resourcemanagement. Advanced network technology, hardware, software and database arethe basement of human resource management information system. Human resourcemanagement information system can both provide supports to the human resourcedepartment managers and offer information for enterprise leaders which required tomake long-term development targets.According to the study of the background, current situation of human resourcemanagement of TBEA, this article puts forward the total target of developing thehuman resource management information system of TBEA. From the technical level,economic level and enterprises level to conductr feasibility analysis, and throughfunction analysis, there are six functions the system should has.They are employeeinformation management, department information management, staff recruitmentmanagement, training management, performance management and salarymanagement. Aimming at each function, analysis the business process and data flow.Design the software and hardware running environment of the system, eachfunctional module and databasewhich includes the design of conceptual model,logical model and physical model. Using Microsoft Visual Studio2005as thedevelopment platform, C#programming, SQL Server2005database as thebackground, this article completes the development of basic function modules whichinclude employee information management, department information managementand can provide supports to the human resource management of TBEA.
