Human resource management is the foundation of a company.It is the key to an enterprise's sustainable success. Management guru Peter F Drucker recognizes that the most valuable assets of 21st century's sectors are their workers'knowledge and their productivity." Today we are in the information era because of the rapid development of technology and industrial production, e-Human Resource (e-HR) is the link between human resource and information technology. e-HR allows enterprises to automate many aspects of human resource management, with the dual benefits of reducing the workload of the HR department as well as increasing the efficiency of the department by standardizing HR processes. e-HR plays a very important role in more and more companies, and more and more companies put a lot of resources in e-HR.This thesis takes an enterprise's (China Tobacco ChuanYU Industrial Corporation) long-term development as its final goal, provides a HR strategy which is based on the enterprise's e-HR platform, through researches and analysis of functions of human resource management in a company. By building efficient, pragmatic, steady platform, it will truly optimize the HR's daily routine, improve productivity, provide better HR services. The CEOs can make better business decision based on the data and information the system provides, and make the enterprise more competitive in the business world.In this thesis, the writer talks whether or not the system should be implemented by giving the background, the feasibility of the system and the expect outcome of the system gives. Second of all, it further illustrates how this system is going to be built by introducing its blue print, project team, framework, development planning, functional modules. At last, the article gives thoroughly explanation on how the system is designed and implemented, also shares experiences on e-HR designing and implementing. The purposes of the writer are:setting an example to other companies which are about to implement e-HR; to welcome more and more scholars to find a even better HR solutions using modern technology; to take China Tobacco ChuanYU Industrial Corporation's human resource management to a higher level.
