In the enterprise resources, human resources are the most active, the most explosive energy. Any a pursuit of Excellence in business, if you want to acquire persistent and advantage in market competition, we must attach importance to human resources development and management. Leave a very fruitful on the management of human resources, there would be no sustainable competitive advantage and superior business.The application of human resource management information system improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, mainly reflected in reduced management cost, improve work efficiency, to stimulate the potential of employees and so on.
